Team Village is a private space that the organizers of the 10K Valencia Ibercaja by Kiprun have been offering for thirteen editions now to teams, clubs, and groups collaborating with the race so that their runners can enjoy it on race day and use it as a meeting point and much more.
This is an exclusive space where these groups can set up their tents, banners, signs, etc. The organization provides them with (in addition to whatever they want to bring and set up) a few extras such as: a folding table, plastic sheeting to put on the ground to keep their backpacks clean, pre-race drinks, homemade peanut cookies, and a few other items that may be available, such as fruit or candy (depending on the edition).
This space is located in the departure area, on Paseo de la Alameda, between Puente del Real and Puente de la Exposici贸n. During the 2-3 weeks prior to the event, the organization will provide all the details to the collaborating teams that will be using this space.
This space will be open on Sunday, January 10, 2027, from 7:15 a.m. until closing time, scheduled for 12:15 p.m.
Team leaders may bring and prepare their equipment on the Saturday prior to the event. The time for unloading and setting up each team's equipment will be between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 9. Any questions can be addressed to the event's Team Village coordinator, who will be available in the days leading up to the event.
Exclusively teams, clubs, or groups collaborating with the race.
To be a race collaborator and have access to the Team Village, teams must have a certain number of registered runners and provide volunteers to help out on race day. If you are also able and willing to help us with tasks at the Race Fair, that's great! That's a bonus 馃槈
Important: If your club has more than 100 registrants, you will need to provide at least one volunteer on race day. If you have between 50 and 100 registrants, at least 2; and if you have less than 50 registrants, at least 3 volunteers.
Access to the Team Village will not be monitored by the organization's private security, so each group must have at least one person who stays in their tent to guard the runners' backpacks and personal belongings. The organization is not responsible for any theft or incident that occurs during the course of the day.
