Pick up race numbers and T-shirts

When? 

• Friday, January 8, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (open continuously).  
• Saturday, January 9, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (open continuously).  

Where?

• Valencia Fairgrounds. Hall 6 Bis, entrance via Foro Norte.
• Av. de les Fires, s/n, Pobles de l’Oest. 46035 – Valencia.
• How to get there.

Parking:

• The facility has 3,000 parking spaces.
• The rate is €1.80 per hour (€0.03 per minute).
• Daily maximum: 18.00€.

Public transportation:

You can get there by tram, metro, or bus. Their website provides all the details, including how to get there if you're coming from outside Valencia by plane or train.

OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES

• To collect your race number, you must show your registration receipt and/or a valid official ID document.
• Your race number will be sent to your email address (the one you provided during the registration process) a few days before the race. Please check your junk/spam folder.
• Under no circumstances can you change your T-shirt size when you pick it up. You will receive the size you specified during the registration process. However, there will be a designated area (Size Exchange) where you can exchange your T-shirt with other runners if you want a different size than the one you requested.
• Under no circumstances can you change your starting block at the Career Fair. Your bib number will indicate your assigned block, based on the expected time you indicated during the registration process.
• You cannot purchase the 10K medal at the Race Fair because there were only a limited number available and they sold out.

AUTHORIZATIONS 

In case of not being able to pick up the race bib, the participant can authorize another person to pick it up on his behalf. To do so, it will only be necessary to present a copy of your ID card or supporting document (driver's license, passport) or, failing that, the proof of registration.

The image of any of the above documents can be submitted on the cell phone. It is not necessary to present it on paper.

Race bib pick-up on race day: 

The delivery of the bib-chip and the technical garment (but in no case the runner's bag) will be facilitated the same day of the race in the starting area, up to 60 min. before the start of the race. It will only be possible for runners who come from outside Valencia and metropolitan area and can justify it with documents. Please, come in time.

Remember that you can authorize someone to pick up your bib for you at the Race Fair. This option helps us all a lot. Thank you for your cooperation.

TRANSFER OF BIB NUMBER OR CHANGE OF OWNER

If you are ultimately unable to run and would like to give your race number to someone else to run in your place, you can do so at the SOLUTIONS stand at the Race Fair.

• This service costs €5, payable at the time of exchange.
• The holder does not need to be present to complete this process; the new authorized runner may do so (see the information above: "Authorizations"). First, they must collect the holder's race number and T-shirt.
• After collecting your race number and starter's T-shirt, you must go to the SOLUCIONES stand to change your details. This will ensure you are insured and officially entered in the rankings.
• The new participant 'inherits' the T-shirt size (which cannot be changed under any circumstances).
• The new participant 'inherits' the starting box. If they wish to change starting boxes, the organization will confirm at the time of transfer whether or not this is possible, depending on availability.
• If the original entrant purchased the medal during the initial registration process, the new runner is entitled to collect it on the day of the race after crossing the finish line (including engraving). If the original entrant did not purchase it, the new runner can no longer purchase it and will not be entitled to collect it.

The organization requests everyone's cooperation in ensuring that no runner participates with another runner's bib number without having made the corresponding change of ownership. It is very important that all runners participate with their details so that they are covered by the race insurance.
